What To Expect:

You will receive a telephone call from one of our highly trained team members once it has been determined that you meet criteria to participate in our program. During this telephone call you will be asked a series of questions (an assessment) regarding your need for treatment.

Clear Minds Dress Code:

Clothing that references alcohol, drugs, sex, and violence are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Neat and appropriate attire (no holes/crop tops)
No Sagging
Shorts and skirts must be knee-length
No revealing garment
