Our staff consists of an interdisciplinary team of professionals that include doctors, nurses, clinicians, counselors, and an exceptional operational team.
What To Expect:

You will receive a telephone call from one of our highly trained team members once it has been determined that you meet criteria to participate in our program. During this telephone call you will be asked a series of questions (an assessment) regarding your need for treatment.

What To Bring For Admissions:

  • VALID Photo ID 

  • Current Insurance Card

  • Prescribed Medication

Your Privacy Is Our Priority!

Here at Clear Minds, confidentiality is our expertise. We pride ourselves on protecting the privacy of our program and clients at all times.

Clear Minds Dress Code:

  • Clothing that references alcohol, drugs, sex, and violence are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  • Neat and appropriate attire (no holes/crop tops)

  • No Sagging

  • Shorts and skirts must be knee-length

  • No revealing garment
